Services

Six practices that work as one team

Most projects need more than one of these. You get a single team and one point of accountability rather than a handover between departments halfway through.

How we work

The same five stages on every engagement

Whether it is a six-week prototype or an eighteen-month migration, the shape of the work does not change.

  1. 01

    Discovery

One to three weeks mapping the problem, the constraints and what counts as done. Ends with a written scope and a fixed estimate.

  2. 02

    Architecture

A technical approach, a delivery plan, and an explicit list of what is out of scope for this phase.

  3. 03

    Build

Two-week sprints, each ending with working software on an environment you can open and click through.

  4. 04

    Hardening and launch

Load testing, security review, monitoring, runbooks and a rehearsed rollback before anything reaches production.

  5. 05

    Hypercare and handover

Four weeks of close support after launch, then documentation and a walkthrough with the team taking it over.

Who we work with

From first prototype to enterprise migration

We take clients at every stage. What we need is a problem understood well enough that we can be useful from week one.

Startups

Founders who need a working product and a codebase that will survive technical due diligence at the next raise.

Typical engagement: 3 to 5 people, four to six months.

Scale-ups

Teams whose product has outgrown its first architecture and needs to keep shipping while it is rebuilt underneath.

Typical engagement: a dedicated squad alongside your engineers.

Enterprises

Modernisation, integration and cloud migration in organisations where a failed cutover has regulatory consequences.

Typical engagement: phased migration over 9 to 18 months.

Agencies

White-label delivery capacity under your brand. We work through your project managers and stay away from your client.

Typical engagement: staff augmentation, rolling monthly.

What clients said afterwards

They spent the first two weeks telling us which half of our backlog was not worth building. That was uncomfortable and it was correct.
VP ProductB2B SaaS company, Melbourne
We were nervous about hiring a fully remote team. In practice it meant every decision was written down somewhere we could find it six months later.
FounderLogistics startup, Singapore
The handover was the best I have seen from an agency. Our two engineers were making changes on their own within a fortnight.
